Our referral portal is designed to make referring your patients to our vascular specialists simple and straightforward, simply complete the Patient Referral Form (available here) and once completed return to reception@svh.co.nz.
You are welcome to refer patients with vein or artery concerns for specialist consultation, vascular ultrasound and, where appropriate, treatment.
Following the consultation, we will provide you with an update on our findings and recommendations, including any recommended treatment or follow-up.
