SVH Update: Covid-19 Response

We want to provide you with an update on how we here at Specialist Vein Health are responding to Covid-19 and putting safety first for our customers and staff.

Vascular Surgeons Dr Lupe and Mr Wicks

We are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health and the NZ Government

We have, and have always had, the strictest levels of cleanliness and hygiene at SVH but have increased some measures as a response to the outbreak.

To ensure we maintain the health and safety of our staff and customers we are doing the following:

  • We have asked that if any of our team members are feeling unwell they stay at home and we kindly ask that our patients do the same.

  • Frequently cleaning clinic spaces using a disinfectant.

  • Sterilising equipment.

  • Changing linen in the treatment room after each patient.

We have a good supply of hand sanitiser and this is readily available for your use in all rooms within the clinic.

We also have access to and are using face masks when performing treatments when appropriate.

We know that it’s a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your continued support as we navigate this together.

If you have any concerns about an upcoming treatment or visit, then please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss.
